That was a tough one to swallow. Michigan isn't there yet. I hope Hope can turn his elite recruiting classes into a team more competitive on the field.

Just a shame. Michigan had two "gimme" field goal attempts with a kicker who has been rock solid. A block and a miss later and now Michigan is on the outside looking in for a shot at the B1G title game.

Agreed. That wasn't even fun to watch. Just two bad teams playing awful.

I still don't think Michigan is "bad". Their best defensive player, Jake Ryan missed just about the entire game. Their best offensive player, Taylor Lewan, missed most of the game. PSU played that game like it was their Super Bowl (as they do when they have their annual "White Out"). Penn St. is a bad team that play up a level. Michigan is a decent team that played down a level.
I hate that Michigan played not to lose. That is never good.
