He's starting to have the Gabbert issues now. He got rocked quite a bit a couple games ago and now he is dumping the ball off at the first sign of pressure. Hehas a YPC of just over 5 because of all of these checkdowns he is making.

12-20 98 yards 4.9 YPA 0 TD 0 INT through three quarters. I can't believe people WANT their team to get this guy lol

That Murray chatter sure has gotten quiet the last week hasn't it?

That's what happens when SEC guys get the SEC overrated treatment.
Murray is blowing this game. A shame Vandy lost their starting QB.

Lol Murray showed his weak arm strength on his final hail mary. Not even close to the end zone.

Where's that wiseman101 guy at when you need him?
The funny thing is, it's not just him. If you go to any Bucs forum/subreddit you will see a ton of them wanting to draft Aaron Murray. I have no idea why. I don't think they watch college football.

The SEC produces talent but when it comes to NFL QB prospects I prefer to look elsewhere. In the past 15 years who were the last successful franchise QB's from the SEC? The Manning brothers and Rivers?

Pretty much. But even then the SEC has little to nothing to do with them. They were all top QBs in the nation coming out of highschool.

Lol my bad Rivers didn't even play in the SEC. So its just the Manning's unless I'm missing someone?

Cam Newton? I guess.

You got me, Murray looked pitiful out there, surprised me to say the least

Jamarcus Russell, Danny Weurfell, David Green, Matt Flynn, Tee Martin, DJ Shockley, Rex Grossman, Joe Tereshinski, Tim Tebow, great list of NFL calibre quarterbacks.

The Mannings, Stafford, Cam Newton, Cutler. In other words, pretty much just as many as the rest of the conferences. You find good QBs everywhere.
Aaron Murray is awful and I'm happy people are realizing this now
I been telling you guys since the start of the year Aaron Murray and Tajh Boyd are not franchise QBs and now you guys see they are projects for the NFL 2nd - 3rd round guys cant handle the pressure.

This you can go to any BCS conference and name a bunch of duds and a bunch of studs at QB in the NFL

That was exactly my point. Anyone who says stuff like 'I don't want a SEC QB because they all bust' like was said earlier, or any other mix of prospect/conference advanced bias one way or another is just dumb. Evaluate every prospect with a blind eye to all of that history there is literally zero that can be gleaned from it.

I actually like him as a qb. Ever since I saw him play his freshman year I thought he looked like a NFL qb and now I feel exactly the same. He has a cannon arm and plays against quality opponents consistently. Seems like a botton of the 2nd top of the 3rd prospect to me but I see a quality qb in Murray.

Murray - cannon arm? What?
