Quote:Play Gabbert = lose all games and get Bridgewater or Boyd (no Johnny Football please); play Henne, possibly win a few games and lose out Bridgewater/Boyd. I'm good with Gabbert starting. But Henne ain't much better than Gabbert. And by saying he is ain't saying that much at all......

Henne can't win any games lol
Quote:Fans who wanna see better football care, and not see crappy Gabbert continue to start, next year is a long ways away, and our Head coach keep telling us that Gabbert will start and no stats show any reason why he should start.

Gabbert is going to start when he returns so get the blank over it and wait until next year so we can get our new qb. Crying about gabber playing this year isn't going to solve anything especially when we know that henne isn't any better until garbage time. Happy Days are ahead.
Quote:all that shows is espn skewing numbers not caring about the fact last year BG didnt have shorts starting untill half way through the season and Blackmon didnt show any signs he wasnt lost untill after BG was injured. Henne had both adn still only won 1 game and he only won that game because the defense saved his ineptitude.

Exactly... If were going to compare stats, let's ensure that it's truely comparable w/respect to equality. Anyone can create a stat of their liking...

NH3...
Quote:I'm saving this gif. Thank you.

LOL...That makes two of us...

NH3...
They are both awful. We should just raffle off the QB starting position every week. "The starting QB today is.....Scott Martin...uh it shows here that he has never played football. However, he is a fantastic grill master."

Henne is as bad as Gabbert if not worse. Gabbert actually tries to go down the field and Shorts let him down. I can't fault Gabbert for trying to make a play and congratulate Henne for constantly checking the ball down.
Are you serious? Gabbert is the checkdown king. How many times have we seen him checkdown on 3rd and long? I even seen gabbert check down on 4th down. Henne is a much better QB then gabbert but it's like saying Puke is better then Feces

It's the same old same old. Fans who want to see better football don't want Henne to start either. Fans who want to see better football certainly don't want any of the other options to start. Fans who want to see better football and have a firm grasp on reality understand that they're not going to see substantially better play at the QB position until next season.
I just don't see the point of even playing Gabbert anymore. When he is in, it is a guarantee that he will be hurt by at least the third quarter. No thanks. Start Henne the rest of the year.

Yeah!! Who cares about stupid results?? RESULTS SUCK!!! Inconclusive stats are wayyyyy better.
All this bickering about which QB sucks less is pointless. I say we strive to achieve the ultimate in Suckdom and claim our prize in next year's draft... He who can Quarterback, whatever be his name.

Henne is as bad as Gabbert if not worse. Henne actually tries to go down the field and Shorts made great plays off awful passes. I can't fault Henne for trying to make a play and congratulate Gabbert for constantly checking the ball down.
Fixed
The difference between BG and Henne really doesn't matter. Neither QB will be in the Jaguars future. You know you have hit rock bottom when there is a thread comparing 2 answers to a question, everyone knows are both wrong.

Somehow ppl still making threads like this and and still got baits.
I'm pretty sure there's not an interesting stat in-between the two. One is hot garbage and the other is lukewarm.

Henne is borderline NFL starter.

Gabbert is borderline insurance salesman,

Wow.

I seriously can't fathom how delusional you have to be to even conjure up such a statement. Is this bizarro world? Someone wake me up.

Maybe this is sarcasm? You sure got me.

In that's case, aren't all stats useless?
