All This..lol!!..............
Quote:Denver - L

Chargers - L

Titans -?

Cardinals - ?

Texans - L

Browns - L

Bills - ?

Titans - ?

Colts - L but possibly W if they rest starters

Id like to point out that even in your Gif signature Gabbert was going to throw a INT had the ball not slipped from his hands. He was going to MJD and the defender was stepping in front for the easy INT.
Quote:so do the Titans without Locker,

so does Houston

the Colts will probably be resting their starters in week 17 after having locked up the division...

Browns/ Bills/ Arizona???? all have QB issues....

That 2nd half of the schedule has too many winnable games...
Great day man...this is the 2013 Jaguars we are talking about...have you not watched a single game... all those games are losable...

What else do we have?  Gabbert is this teams biggest bust in our history.  Can't blame fans for not wanting to see the worst starting QB in the NFL.

The other guys are just as bad. Calling for the backup is a waste of time. If you really can't stand seeing such bad QB play you're better off golfing or going to the beach on Sundays.

Yup. It never was and never will be "bloodlust" or any kind of personal hatred towards gabbert. He just sucks top to bottom as a player and no jacksonville fan should be supporting or defending the bum at this point.

Im calling for Stanzi,Scott,Henne, heck SIGN ME and i'll throw INTs and run scared from defenders for the league minimun much less a rookie contract.

@Oklahomie: Its not the bad QB play its the scared little boy lost in a room full of tigers QB play we are seeing. I dont mind if Stanzi or Scott throws a few INTs just stand tall in the pocket and grow a pair when rolling out.

Quote:I was saying it should have been over after the 1st season Big Grin

then again I was called an idiot
I said the same thing after seeing the Chuck and Duck.

(Throw a 3 yd. pass,  and cover up calling for mommy.)

The Football is like a hot potato to Gabs.

I was hoping he'd finish the season for us so we would be assured of the # 1 pick.

Cut it out, just admit it's personal. The Jaguars get their butts kicked and the QB messes up no matter who is in the game. At this point it's about the name on the jersey for you, not the performance, because the performance won't improve.

Johnathan Quinn had a better career with us than Gabs....I hope Gabs invested his money wisely.
I don't wish injury on him and  he probably will never take another NFL snap if this is true. I honestly do not think he wanted to be an NFL QB.

Quote:4 posts in and already with the conspiracy theories. Don't go changing.

I agree that the theories are pretty out there most of the time.  I do recall a certain starting QB that cut his elbow in 2003 and got benched in favor of Del Rio's guy.  We never saw him after that.  You can't tell me that he didn't get benched in favor of someone else?  And if that someone else sucks worse?  Well, you just say the previous player is healed and you don't have to say you made a mistake.

Brunell on hold with elbow injury

People can live with DIFFERENT (Someone else)....They're tired of 3 years, A top 10 pick,  who we traded away a 2nd rd. pick to get.   He's a B-U-S-T.  They're tired of a guy who curls up at the slightest hint of pressure.  Tired of someone when the OL gives him time,  refuses to step up in the pocket and make the throw down the field.

They're tired of seeing a QB who had a QBR of 1.8 this week,  and a QBR of 2.4 last week.....They're tired of seeing the 34th Ranked passer in the NFL ( there are 32 teams LOL)....He's a Starter that means another 2 QB's who are backups are ranked higher than this guy.

Every week Gabbert has something wrong with him,  that means he's injury prone.......I didn't mind seeing this guy play the whole year,  because we need the # 1 pick...like the Clot fans had to sit a whole year watching Curtis Painter start........Gabbert is our Curtis Painter,  a means to an end.

The difference is Gene Smith gave up a 2nd Round pick to trade up to pick # 10 to draft Blaine Gabbert.       Above all else,   it's the mistake that probably cost Smith his job.     That much more considering the players that Smith passed up in order to make the trade.      A QB offen makes or breaks a GM and a Head Coach.    I think this applies to the previous Jaguars regime.
Gabbert wasn't even very good in college. He shot up draft boards because of his potential. Scouts liked his arm and his intelligence. But really he was nothing special on tape. 16 TDs and 9 INTs his senior year in the Pac 12. I remember a game against Texas Tech where the only threw for 95 yards the entire game. He should have never been a first round pick. Kaepernick was much better on tape than Gabbert.

What does that have to do with the incesssant crying over who is playing QB? Nothing at all. Benching someone doesn't get you back the wasted draft picks.

Peace Gabs!! Worst Jags QB of all-time!

My reply was based on you mentioning the other QB's are just as bad.      The negative impact of the Blaine Gabbert draft decision for the Jaguars exceeds the negative impact of any draft decision the team has made in franchise history.

I agree though that there's not much difference in what Blaine Gabbert and Chad Henne provide the team.     It's hard to imagine either QB having a long term future with the Jaguars,  even as a backup.

No, they aren't just as bad as 1 TD and 7 INT Gabbert. You still think Gabberts going to another team to resurrect his career? Isn't it obvious how much better Gabbert is than Henne? It doesn't matter anyways, Gabbert has never been able to stay healthy.
