Quote:Funny thing is that I'm NOT a Noles fan.

I doubt you have seen this kid play ball... His mechanics, instincts, decision-making, and athleticism are amazing - especially at this point in his football career as a freshman.
It scares me how easy he makes it look.  I keep thinking crap he's not getting good enough looks, we will se in two weeks when they travel to Clemson.  If he performs against them then he's Heisman worthy.

5foot7

Quote:Im thinking, if Bridewater stinks it up in a bowl game this year against REAL COMPITITION- This message board will crash!

P.S.- 5x7, You remind me quite a bit of vagrentwade last year with Geno Smith this/ Geno Smith that. How did that work out? Thinking his MAGIC TOUCH did not turn the Jets into instant contenders!

LOL not at all. Geno Smith was garbage. And if only Teddy had played against real competition, or as you say, COMPITITION!!!!!!11!111!!1!!! last year in a bowl game...hmm...

I agree 100%.

It looks like he's just out there playing backyard football chucking it around effortlessly. That game against Clemson will be very interesting and like you, I think that he can increase his chances of winning the Heisman - if he performs like he has.
He's not staying in school. He's coming out after the season and will be the first pick. We're going to have the first pick. He'll be a Jaguar.

Funny how many people keep pointing out competition like the two Super Bowl QB's from last year didn't play at Nevada and Delaware.
Quote:If he stays another year he may not be the best QB to come out in his draft.  Jameis Winston would have that distinction.  Yes I'm saying Jameis is better than Bridgewater
Can we wait til Winston plays a good team before we crown him, i'll wait til he plays Clemson, UF, Miami, and that Va tech defense

You mean Pitt, Nevada, Bethune-Cookman, BC and Maryland aren't good teams? I thought we were crowing him heisman winner already.
I really need to copy and paste this. Sigh.

1) He is graduating in December.

2) He took out a 10 million dollar insurance policy.

3) He said he would rather be taken #1 overall than win the Heisman. So he can provide for his family.

4) Matt Barkley.

We can close this now.

Also Teddy is from Florida so I doubt he wouldn't want to come home.
