Funny, I saw this on the news the other day and my first thought was "Probably some pissed off Jaguars fan".
Wasn't it a grenade or something like that? The little city just north of us Palm Coast was shut down because the found a live grenade on the main drag two days ago. It went off and everything, crazy.......
