At practice, just tee-off on Blaine, telling him to either (blank) or get off the pot, because he's the only thing holding the progress back. Do it in public if you have to, because it doesn't seem like he's gotten the message so far.

actually no....he has 1 strike.
2nd strike = a year suspension
3rd strike = done for good/ suspended for life
at least thats what I thought the system was.

1st strike on probation, in the program.
2nd strike, 4 game suspension
3rd strike, 1 year suspension.
