There some intriguing running back options that I think the Jaguars should look into for next season. The Cardinals depth chart is log-jammed. Mendenehall is doing okay so if they re-sign him to another short contract, I would expect them to cut one or two of their younger guys. Ryan Williams, Stepfan Taylor, and Andre Ellington are all intriguing prospects. I can see them finally cutting ties with Williams who has all the potential in the world but has been riddled by injuries.

 

Who are some other young, cheap, free agent running backs the Jaguars might be interested in?

I doubt the Lions let him walk. They have a 1/2 punch that compliment each other. Also, Bell will be 28 next year. I would think the Jaguars would look for a younger option.

didnt know hes 28 lol. i'd rather roll with todman/forsett and a draft pick. just to complement all our young players

Same. Id say Ben Tate but he will be too expensive.

They should target someone in the draft in the 3rd or 4th round.
