Quote:But you are writing Bradley and co after the first 4 games in Jacksonville? The Eagles roster needs help? Look at the Jags.
Yeah, I'd like an opinion on this also. I'd take a sig bet that Bradley will have a better overall record at end of the 2015 season.
What if Chip Kelly did a Petrino and quit in December to take the USC or Texas job. That would be hilarious.

Saban, too (after two failed seasons in the NFL.)
I think this will happen. He's probably going back to school.

I've said that if Bradley goes 0-16 I don't know how he could be kept on.
Other than that I don't see where I've "written off" Bradley in recent posts. I've even said that the team seems to be playing hard for the guy.
Now, I have never liked that we've hired a defensive minded head coach in an era of offensive football,...and thats not going to change...but other than that, you are overstating with the above.
Quote:TMD how tall are you? Because you've called players midgets a handful of times
...taller than the players that I've labeled "midgets"

So, you want them to tank for teddy but, if they do...fire the coach you once thought was the top candidate?

I said "I don't know how THEY can bring him back if he goes 0-16". Thats not saying I'd definitely fire him. Its just that it would be a tough sell I'd think.
I absolutely think the Jags should do whatever they have to do to get this 1st overall pick. In the end, I don't think 0-16 will be necessary to claim the top pick.

K. Misread that. They will keep him regardless. Khan knows this is a process and both Gus and Dave have 3 or 4 years to move this franchise in a positive direction.

Disagree with that last line...
Not sure they will have even 3 years if by the end of the 2nd season its still fledgling.
And I still think there'd be an outside chance of them firing Bradley in an 0-16 season, but mostly if there were extenuating circumstances, i,e, Lets say Nick Saban got the word to Khan that he wanted the job....(just as an example)....then I think Bradley would be gone.
There's zero chance Bradley gets fired this year. Keep on trying to convince yourself otherwise.
TMD I gotta give you props. I've been reading your posts for years and I gotta say bravo. You are one of the greatest trolls ever in internet history. You have got these poor souls arguing with you for years. I mean you've been banned multiple occasions and have even had multiple accounts banned only to be basically invited back. Keep up the good work and on the comedy hour!
Quote:Do people realize that the Eagles basically have ONE good WR on the entire roster right now?.....and he's a midget....
I'm not writing Kelly off after 4 games, considering that.
This Eagles roster needs help, on both sides of the ball.
I expected somewhere around 5-6 wins in Kelly's first season in Philly. They are still on track for that.
Who are you kidding. You had Chip Kelly in the Hall of Fame before the season began. Now it's "five or six wins"?
And you're not giving up on Kelly after 4 games, but you're ragging on David Caldwell after four games.
You're pretty easy to see through.

No thanks to Nick Saban.
0-16 isn't a hard sell at all. "Jedd Fisch, we're not retaining you." ...And it's sold! I don't think Fisch was in their long term plans in any case, and they wanted to wait until better candidates were available for OC. And until they had a QB that would be an easier sell to a coordinator.
