Quote:If you take away his garbage time stats it was worth than that. And given the fact that so much of  the Jaguar season so far has been garbage time, it makes his numbers even more disheartening.
Troll commentary not welcomed.
Quote:Look guys, he had a gash on his hand and don't about forget his little thumb injury. That can be aggravating especially for the QB. Shorts also dropped three passes (TDs too). Gabbert's still developing, it takes time...you'll see. Henne is bad!

Stop defending Gabbert, your really making yourself look stupid.
Henne is bad but Gabbert is worse... couldn't even score a TD in garbage time! Atleast Henne can do that!
Quote:I hope so!

It was a painful day....I'm at home on my second drink just trying to kill the pain of putting up with clots in front of me and more to the right.

AAAAARRggGGGHHHHHH.

Funniest thing I saw today was a dude in the bud Zone with a Matt Jones jersey.... Laughing
Keep drinking man and just make the best out of going to the games.

Were you at the game? The receivers were barely open at all the entire day. There's only so much any QB can do when his receivers are so incapable of creating any space. I don't see how Blackmon magically fixes this either. There is no supporting cast, and with MJD clearly unable to get things going, there is no no rushing attack to rely upon as in years past. We can blame the offensive line for that, but there were a few times where MJD went down at the mere hint of getting hit.
When it's eighty degrees( Blaine favors 73) out there and you get a big fat check, the first thing you want to do is get home back to the a.c. Blaine is young and developing, he has a chance to turn it all around. Remember it's my opinion, thanks.

Still developing?  That's a laugh.

So in other words bad team is bad. Either way you look at it.

Drink to much free beer? Gabbert is beyond horrendous.

He went from checking down to the rb to the four yard wr. I call that developing.
What ever you say there chachi.

I didn't say otherwise. But, if you were at the game, you'd know most go the time he had nobody to throw to. When he did try to squeeze a pass in, Shorts was almost certain to hand it to a defender wrapped in a bow.

Bad doesn't do this team justice. They're beyond words to describe the depths to which they've fallen.

0-16 I imagine and it can only get better from there.

When 2-14 looks like the good old days, things are bad.
Lame needs to resign Monday morning......mJD needs to get benched.

Lets move on to the next generation.

They can hardly do worse.

Quote:It was a Henne'esque performance.
Nah, henne gets over 200 yards. Gabbert doesn't so it was a typical gabbert performance

Sorry, my bad.

Clearly my comments are:

A) Completely inaccurate. Dead wrong. And do not correctly describe the Jaguar offensive situation

B)Are the complete, 100% opposite of the majority of the posts within this thread and forum. My  post does not express the same theme expressed by others since about 2PM today. It is definitely the exact opposite of the way most characterize the Jaguar QB situation.

Whatever????

I stand corrected.

His pocket presence is the worst part of his game. Multiple times he had a clean pocket but he freaked out and rolled out for no reason.

12 more games to determine if Gabbert is in fact not worth keeping as everyone so astutely has determined already.
