Bortles Kombat is executing well. It's a shame we won't see him do much vertically in this game though.

Can someone explain to me why the rule allows for the ejection to be overturned bit not the penalty yardage? If it wasn't targeting and the player remains in the game, it mskes sense to me that the team doesn't get the penalty yardage. That rule needs some refining and changing in the offseason if they're going to keep it.

He can be on punt returns what Whimper was as a TE.

that was a terrible read, nice play by the corner

This is where Bortles arm strength hurts him. Throwing balls with more arm behind them decrease the chances of bad passes like that getting caught by the defender. That one just wobbled it's arm into the defenders hands.

No one is questioning his accuracy. It was an accurate throw. But he has no arm strength. I am not the only person who points this out. Slow wobbly passes are way too easy for the defender to catch because they have extra time to react.

No, you saw it correctly. The DB just read the route and jumped. Good throw, bad decision.

Had to go to a conference today and couldn't make it to the stadium. Thank goodness for hotel bars! UCF baby!

This Thompsons for the Gamecocks is bad. Looks like they might be bailed out by the running back.

Its odd... at the end of last year he lit up Clemson and then played well against Michigan. But yea today he has looked awful.
SC is now in control. This game is done. Lets see if Bortles can lead a come back.

Spurrier handicaps SC. Davis is as good as any back in the country, but won't feed him.

SC and Davis strikes again. 18 carries, 145 yards. Only 7 in the first half is a crime. Davis is the real deal.

Almost a Sanchez butt fumble for Bortles...
Game is done... almost time for UGA-LSU

Not so fast my friends. It's up to the UCF defense, if they can get the ball back UCF is right back in it.
