Which QB would you want (wish) to start in week 5 depending on the outcome of this week's game;

Blaine Gabbert 53.4% cmp, 3997yds, 5.51 yds per, 21tds, 19int, 9fum, 68.3 rating

(3 years - 26gmplyed)

Chad Henne 59% cmp, 9,710yds, 6.67 yds per, 43tds, 50 int, 4 fum 74.6 raing

(6 yrs - 49 gm played)

Ricky Stanzi no NFL stats available

Tim Tebow 47.9% cmp, 2,422 yds, 6.71 yds per carry, 17td, 9int, 7 fumble, 33.4 qbr, 75.3 rating

(3 years - 35 games played)

Vince Young 57.9% cmp, 8964 yds, 6.87 yds per thro, 46 tds, 51 int, 19 fum, 58.1 qbr 74.4 rating

Jeff Garcia 61.6%cmp, 25,537yds, 6.95yds per throw, 161tds, 83int, 31 fumbles, 87.5 rating

(11 years, 125 games played)

-----------------------------------------

Keep in mind in the above stats it doesnt show the qbs ability to run or avoid sacks, or to motivate players to win games (leadership ability).

None of the above are a long term solution (in my opinion) for starting QB for the Jaguars for many of years (maybe I am wrong). That being said if the season is really over (no chance of playoffs in many of the minds of the fans) why not put in the most entertaining guy until the draft?

I would take all of them below Gabbert before I took Gabbert if that means anything as to what I think of him.

Oh boy.
What is wrong with you?

1. McNabb is retired

2. Why in the world would you put him on this list with other awful QB's?
I remember when Randal Cunnigham was in philadelphia doing carpentry when an NFL team signed him, so anything is possible I guess.

Timmy Chang

Joe Momma

But that's just stupid to put hm on this list. Let's just put every QB ever on the list and see what happens?
Where is Todd Bouman? I'm pretty sure it is between planting seasons.

So let me get this straight you intentionally put everyone but Robinson up there. And what was Cunningham again prior to knee surgery?
Smh............

Just consider him Blank #1

You dont really consider OW Denard Robinson at QB do you?
Add blank number 1 and if that is Robinson I will vote. Like Blaine but not showing much so far.

When you have a line like ours and need a scrambling QB to get things done. Should be the obvious choice.

Fact since David have not had one winning season.
And since prior to Jags existence as a kid was a Cunningham fan. And seen what he could do with his legs and throws. I love scrambling smart qbs. If I am the only one so be it.
Gabbert is not 'The Best' but he's the one I'd start for the rest of the season. He's the only one with even a slim chance to ever be a true franchise QB.

And it's slim indeed at this point.

I'd never thought I'd see the day when David Garrard's return would be a possibility.

I want tem tibow becoz he is gud an the best and likes god and is frum the sowth !
Jeff Garcia for the lolz
