In 3 close states, a recount was requested by Stein, denied, and we're moving on. Those pesky "dems" and "libs"

Im seeing some kind of wallet sized card that one could easily carry on the person, maybe made of plastic. Hey, maybe it could have your picture on it and you'd have to get a new one every few years. We could use it for all kinds of things like banking, driving, flying...seems to have all sorts of every day uses. Sounds racist and hard to implement though.
