Pumpkin beer...

Now I'm not one to get all uppity about a persons choice of beverage...
But for the love of God, why would someone want so much pumpkin in their life?
Pumpkin spice coffee, pumpkin beer, pumpkin tea, pumpkin juice, 
oh and the shady but very pumpkiny "fall spice" collection of cappuccinos and such.


All that coming from a guy who is loves pumpkin pie...

and is big on Abita Strawberry lol
(just noticed one is pumpkin-less, and i'm down for a coffee blonde beer)

FWIW, I have one pumpkin beer/year with the cinnamon/sugar rim and I enjoy it. Just one, though. Octoberfest is a little better and I buy one 6-pack. That's plenty.

EDIT: I see it is brewed in Western NY State.

I had my fill of Spaten Oktoberfest last weekend.

Well... I had my fill at the time. Let me put it that way. I do love me some Oktoberfest beer.

Toured the Left Hand brewery in Longmont CO last night. They’ve got the nitro thing down pat.

Limited release Belgian Dobbel Nitro was delicious.

Picked up a bottle of Centenario Reposado to sip later on tonight. Got some Oktoberfest brews to try this afternoon.

The Milk Stout nitro has become very popular.

I’ve seen it in bars all over the country. 

The sawtooth nitro amber is worth a try too if you see it at the store.

Chilis has $5 pumpkin margaritas for October.

By contrast:
Applebees has $1 zombies.
Don Julio's has $11 Monster Margaritas (32 oz with a dry ice chip for smoke)

Chilis needs to fire someone.

Autumn in the air a bit tonight. Inspired to change it up. So I'm off the tequila train for a minute and it's Bushmills Black Irish Whiskey with one cube tonight. German pilsner backing it up as I watch game two of the WS.
