Betty Hastings, aka Boop on this board, was a long-time Jags fan, and an early member of this message board.  The old-timers will know who she is.

She passed away earlier this week.

RIP, Betty Boop.
Oh wow.. I remember Boop.. That sucks.. My sincere condolences. .

RIP Boop
So sad!! RIP Boop
Certainly not wanting to derail this thread...but we just lost a member of the tailgating group that I've been with since day 1. First game this year will be strange.
Didn't know her but please pass on my condolences.....

R.I.P.
I hope she found peace.
Sad to hear of her passing. RIP, Boop.
Oh wow, what horrible news. I tailgated with her several times. She worked at Jagmania at the beach back in the day. RIP, Boop.
I'm very sorry to hear this.  She was kind enough to loan me some video tapes of some of the early Jaguars games so that I could do some clips (this was back before DVR's were so popular).

My she RIP.
Wow, that's a name I hadn't thought of in years. I can't remember if I ever met her at the shindigs we used to have back in the day, but I remember her on here.

RIP Boop.

Rico I am sorry to hear of your tailgating buddy.
A very sweet woman, and hardcore Jaguar fan.

RIP Betty Boop
My condolences to her family and friends. I remember her being here when I signed up.

Sorry for your loss. Something similar to that happened to us last year. A guy we had been tailgating with from the start passed away unexpectedly.  The group had become like family over the years.
Sad to hear. I remember Boop.

Was it Jagmania she worked for?
Yeah, it was...

RIP Boop
I met her once at a function organized by the old Jaguars fan club at a dog track somewhere near McDuff Ave. She was a nice woman.
RIP Betty.
