I'd just like to point out Ryan O's Line of questioning to Albert in his interview this morning.
Went from a football journalist to a Hollywood reporter. Was trying to dig for any sort of drama between Albert and the team. Can't stand that type of journalism.
I really liked his interview , answering to his absence, after practice. And Marrone's. Really cut and dry.

Especially when the player was clearly making an effort to keep it drama-free.
A lack of integrity on O'Halloran's part. Unfortunately it's become the norm to sink that low for most "journalists."

I disagree 100%, as a fan I don't wanna know if he watched Wonder Woman last weekend, i wanna know what was up with his hold out. Ryan wanted more info on this, there were rumors the team promised him a new deal before the trade took place, he just wanted to know about this stuff.

Dave Caldwell dispelled those rumors several weeks ago stating that they
never had any intention of reworking his deal.
Albert was clear that he was advised to try and get a better deal - he didn't - and now he's ready to move on.
After going back and listening to the interview again - O'Halloran was more just being thorough than shady until he threw in that last little "do you feel you're underpaid?" bit. That was, at the very least, unnecessary, since Albert covered that in his answers prior. It was, at the worst, unprofessional and a clear attempt to simply "stir the pot."
Doesn't look like he worked out a lot during his absence but like he said.."it's June".
