Could go either way. This team took him on a handshake deal when he was injured in the senior bowl. That may sway his decision. Then again, he may test the water and see if he can move up the ladder of success. if he does, can anyone blame him?

You can't blame Colvin, but you could blame the team for letting him hit free agency.
