I can't see Dany just letting them "switch sides". Bronn will be executed in the first minute of next weeks episode and Jaime will be used as leverage when (if) they get to Kings Landing.

Really curious to see how they split the end of this season and the final season. I am guessing something will happen where Dany sees the importance of taking out the white walkers even without Snow bending the knee, and that battle will end the current season leaving a depleted army and probably one dragon left for the final fight next season.

Well, I was somewhat right...
Of course The Night King is a crack shot. Please, Dany, learn how to flank while you still have 2 dragons.

NK has nukes, the White Walkers have a dragon. Nobody is safe.

Who wants Arya to wear Littlefinger's face and get some creepy thing going with Sansa?

Both Stark sisters suck at snooping.
I don't read online theories and never read the books, but does anybody think there is some kind of link between Bran and the Night King? I.e, maybe Bran IS the NK?

Have you seen it? I thought their scenes were some of the best in the whole series. I'm not all about Hound using the C word so much, but he's easily my favorite male character other than Jon Snow. Brienne is my favorite female character with Arya a close second. She's a snot nosed kid but she's scrappy and has a dark side that contrasts with Sansa's personality.

ya I saw it a few days ago.  Hound has always been my favorite, Tormund is my second favorite.  He is even better in the books.  Sansa has always been my least favorite character her chapters in the books are so freaking whiny/annoying, and then later manipulative.

I love the line
Tormund - you should see how she looks at me
Hound - like she wants to carve out your liver
Tormund - you do know her!

Yes! Tormund is in my top 3. Sansa is whiny but she's managed to survived a lot of really bad stuff. Gotta give her props for that, otherwise she's useless.
It was a great episode. Between the leak last week and Sunday night I ended up watching it five times. The finale is going to be interesting. Cersei will have a trap sprung. That's my best guess. I think there's a reason why they're meeting in the Dragon Pit. It's beyond her being petty and throwing shade at Daenerys.

Qyburn has something up his sleeve. I am willing to bet they throw some kind of shackle and chains around Rhaegal when all hell breaks loose but Drogon will escape with Daenerys and Jon will somehow save Rhaegal and get away as well. I could see The Mountain and The Hound fighting in a duel that leads to both of their deaths this Sunday.

I honestly hope that once the dust settles or before it settles that Jaime comes to his senses and chokes his psychopathic sister to death. But I see this going very ugly between the two. She'll lie to him and promise him nothing will go crazy and that it's a meeting of reason and peace. Jaime will actually believe her because he'll buy into the idea that she changed her mind being pregnant now. Which probably means nothing to her honestly. She was told by Maggie the Frog when she was a young woman that she would have three children and they would all die before she herself was killed by the Valonquar which means little brother or sister.

So there's got to be something twisted going on there. After last season. You know she's dangerous. Probably more dangerous than the Night King himself because she's willing to compromise the entirety of the Kingdom just for her own selfish reasons.

Cersei is going to want Jon and/or Daenerys to kneel and accept her as Queen. Jon's obviously not going to do that now after he's pledged to support Daenerys. With one dragon already dead it'll just give Cersei the confidence she needs to go in for the kill but it ends in disaster for all of them.

It's definitely a theory being floated around the interwebs for awhile now...

It's possible and would create quite the beautiful and confusing ending.
If you're into time travel and time loops it would be an amazing twist/end to the story.

I personally don't think that is where they are going with it.
But wouldn't be mad about it.
Sorry guys I had a 2 day ban. That episode was amazing. And I really enjoyed Aaron Rodgers tweeting:

"That's one hail Mary I wish hadn't been completed"
Cersei is set up for a little bit of a pickle in promising herself to Euron and telling Jaime that she would announce him as the father of her baby.

One gotta go.

Yeah well... she's just using them both I think.
Promise to Euron, knowing he'll probably die doing her fighting for her.
And I'm not sold she is actually preggo with another incest baby....
Just another way to reign in her brother who is madly in love with her and was voicing his objections to her plans too much and too often.

Euron is such a bit player at this point IMO.  From what has transpired this season Jamie is going to kill her when he realizes she is lying about being pregnant and she plans to use wildfire against team Dany/Jon/Tyrion.  I would not be surprised at all if he (Euron) loses his fleet and life to the Night King when he arrives too late to East Watch after the dead overrun it.

What have you seen in the show (and not the books or online theories) that makes you think that?  Smile
I disagree with you gents. I don't think she's faking.

I agree with you, and it was a strategic move on her part. Probably had Maester Weasel whip up a fertility potion for her.
My prediction:

Jaime ends up killing Cersei after he finds out that the kid is actually Euron's and/or Euron goads him into the thinking it is.
I like it!
Holy [BLEEP]...
Pretty cool finale.
