I don't think it's necessary to dumb it down for anyone.  You should be trying to elevate the intellect of the board by challenging those who struggle with words that are not monosyllabic.  I think saying that the majority of this board can't read anything beyond 5 letters is a bit condescending.

I don't normally think of football forums as intellectually challenging, but I wouldn't mind some sesquipedalianism thrown into the mix.

Jags should try to make a trade for Alex Smith. Mahomes has apparently been really good in camp. Time to get an accurate QB up in here. I know it will most likely be Blake to start the season but this defense and run game is ready now.

Robinson was not happy today with some of Blakes throws and we can't have that.

Maybe because he sucks and he hasn't been healthy since his rookie year.  Just taking a wild stab at it.

@zach_goodall Bortles was seemingly benched other day. Excuse: "Tired arm". Bortles says arm is fine. Coach then says some throws are "[BLEEP].

I don't think Bortles needs a push... He seems to be doing a fine job of pushing himself out the door.

For the first time fellas I think Blake is done as a starting QB for the franchise not because he don't have talent but I think the negativity surrounding him and so bad that is it's toxic and to the point of no return. I will be very surprised if he don't get booed Thursday night because I just think the hateful Blake is real and ain't no coming back from it.

You're right but I want to see playoffs this year. And i think Bortles knows he is good. I need to see the best this guy has and I think that comes with comp.

Our fanbase? Our whole franchise isn't respected because we hold on to mediocrity. It's like the Gabbert crowd always saying and saying he needed more time. You either have it or you don't and you can tell who does. And if you really aren't sure then make some kind of push for an insurance plan.

Chargers fans thought Brees didn't have 'it'.... How well did that turn out? Gabbert NEVER showed any promise of being good. Bortles gave us a season where he was 1 TD pass away from being the league leader in touchdown passes.

He does have to cut down on the turnovers if he wants to stick, but calling for him to being cut/traded because of practice makes our fanbase look highly unintelligent.
