I liked the no-call on that last play. Brady wanted PI, but if anything it was offensive. Gronk bull rushed him and shoved him down.

I know Russell Wilson had a bad knee three weeks ago, but this game makes it ironic that Seattle scored only 6 points in 75 minutes at a losing team's stadium. NBC had to like covering the real Seahawks after that dud.

  This was a tremendous game.   It felt like these two teams could easily meet again in February,  in Houston.

 

  Russell Wilson might not quite be on Tom Brady's level.  But in my opinion,  Wilson is a top 5 caliber QB.    Great intangibles on top of his high caliber physical skills.

If they meet for a Superbowl rematch, I don't foresee Seattle losing that one

It is way too early to make any Super Bowl predictions, but Barack Obama said the same thing anyway a few weeks ago. I would not be surprised.

 

Russell Wilson's best trait is keeping plays alive by scrambling in the pocket until he can throw the ball. He never gives up on a broken play.

I've been riding that opinion for a long time now. He's phenomenal.

  If both teams are relatively healthy based on their current rosters,  I probably would give the Seahawks a slight edge.  Especially,  because the Patriots traded LB Jamie Collins.

  As dangerous as Russell Wilson is in the pocket,  he's probably even more dangerous outside the pocket.

  From a pure football enjoyment standpoint,  Russell Wilson ranks very high on my list of players around the NFL I enjoy watching play.    Wilson seems to get the absolute most out of his natural football talent.
