David Johnson will be eligible to return from IR by then if he is cleared to play. An eight-week absence would him on the field in November.

Of course it is possible he will be cleared to play without being fully healthy. I don't know the nature of it. As a versatile running back who doubles as a receiver, he should not return too early and risk a setback. But just how bad is it to let him run and take pass-catching duties away just to get him on the field? It will be interesting after Week 7.

What ever happened to the Cards? Palmer just fading or what? They almost lost to a Luck-less Indy and lost week 1... They do not look good either. No David Johnson probably really stings, but man they just do not look good.

They were lucky to beat the Colts.
This shows you how important David Johnson is to their offense. In Week 1, Arizona had a tough opponent on the road. Detroit is a good team. But getting dominated like that was a surprise.
