Will Jacoby Brissett or Scott Tolzien start for Colts?

The Colts have a decision to make at quarterback, but haven't committed to one just yet. Chuck Pagano said that he's yet to decide between Jacoby Brissett and Week 1 starter Scott Tolzien.

According to that article, the only reason not to start Jacoby Brissett is lacking enough knowledge of the playbook. I totally agree. Scott Tolzien sucks.
