Poz, Henne, Bortles, Lewis, Myers
If i vet this coaching gig next year, i will install power football at its finest. I will only bring back the players i can relate to. Ya know, bortles kinda reminds me of kerry collins...

So why post in this thread?  Good question

Because for Jags fans, the offseason is the best time of the year!
Bortles
Henne
Lee
Colvin
Marcedes (Will only be gone if he decides to retire)
Yeldon
Bennett
I don't understand why people think Lee is guaranteed to get a big pay day next year. I'm a fan of Lee, but he has struggled to stay healthy, and when healthy it's not like he's set the world on fire. If he wants paid next year, then he better start to pick up the pace this year, and quit dropping the ball twice/game.

As far as who won't be on the next team next year, I'm not ready to get into that yet. There's no way I'm giving up on this team, this year, 2 games in and sitting at 1-1. I think that we will play better this week, beat the Ravens, and then all of the fans on here whose opinions change from play to play will be posting threads about how we're playoff bound.
Offense won't be back

Defense will be back
I see these guys as sure-fire goners......

Bortles
Henne
Nassib
Yeldon
Omameh
Bohanon
Lewis
P. Thompson
J. Strong

I also believe these guys will be gone which will lead to some lively discussions on the board.......

Poz
A.Rob

Poz is older and may not have a starting job as I believe Blair Brown will be a starter in 2018. A. Rob is gonna demand a lot of money and given is poor play recently as well as the injury, I think we will choose to let him walk. I believe we will use most our free agent money to retain Telvin Smith and Marqise Lee, but i also believe we will add a receiver like Davante Adams, Martavis Bryant or Taylor Gabriel. I also believe we add a TE like Tyler Eifert, Ed Dickson, Austin Sefarian-Jenkins or Troy Niklas.

Letting Colvin walk in free agency would be a monumental mistake.

If we make Lee a decent enough offer I'm not exactly convinced that other teams will be clamoring to overpay him.

Just about every pass Mariota completed Sunday was against Colvin.

This.

What exactly has he done in three years outside of a CB blitz? He's yet to make his first interception.

Not even close to a true statement.

Even if we win the SB, there's a list of guys you can be sure will be gone regardless next year.

Another complete rebuild.

Losing some backups, our QB who is below average, and one Defensive starter is a "complete rebuild?"

Asking for a friend.

Huh?  How do you figure replacing your starting QB, both guards, right tackle, starting TE, and starting MLB is NOT a rebuild?
Hopefully no one on the offense besides Arob/Linder/CamRob/LF

A lot of people on the "Colvin" thread are agreeing with me.
Bortles is terrible... kick him to the curb. Don't forget to leave room on that curb for Yeldon... a complete bust!!!
Myerse won't be back either.. Coughlin will find a way to boot the booter.

Maybe some defensive depth shuffles and a new olineman.  This roster is not in need of overhaul.  It is weak at a few spots and old at a couple spots.  Will be a quick turnaround with good QB play.

Man I dont know Colvin was getting worked vs the tacks. He seemed to be the weak spot on D vs Mariota.
