That's my interpretation of it. Trump isn't really Republican but he ran through that.
Basically Clinton needs to win Florida, California, Washington, Nevada and North Carolina to have a shot which is minimal now.

I am sure a lot of voters up there are miffed about Paul Ryan's refusal to endorse Donald Trump. Ryan voted for him anyway, so I don't think it will make a significant difference.
