Donald Trump has laid out a plan to mittitage the Trade Deficit (could be projected as high as 8 trillion dollars over the next decade) By increasing our global competativeness (lowering corporate tax rates to 15%, instituting regulatory reform, tax reform, and dramatically lowering the repatriation of Funds rate.) Most people that support Trump support that kind of supply side approach to economic stimulus.
