When your QB can't throw a ball down field. The defense pins their ears back and bull rushes.... If we had any decent QB play that could make a decent throw. That would force the defense to focus more on the pass...
Such a nasty loss. I'd rather of just went down 27-10 and turned it off.

Really all sides were equally responsible. Big plays allowed by defense, inept offense, terrible special teams, questionable play calling and coaching.
The QB was horrible, if you say other wise you didn't watch all the wobble, duck balls, all the batted balls (4+), all the over throws, INT, can't read a defense, can audible out of a play. The only thing he can do is run, half the time.

Fournette hasn't play out of this world either. He doesn't seem to do well when there isnt an obvious hole to run through. There were numerous times today I thought he could have bounced it outside, or waited for his blockers a little longer, and he just didnt do it.
My hope was he would be this generational back like Adrian Peterson but I'm thinking that probably isn't going to happen.

doesnt matter how bad he played. it was not the reason we lost. the defense got gashed in the run game. and lee droped a perfect throw from a horrible qb. and a penalty on a wr that didnt look like a penalty. so [BLEEP] all you want about the lowsy qb he was not the reason we lost.
OC was awful. Worst okay calling I've seen all year.
Lee lost the game.
Bortles didn't play well but still put the team in position to win.

He was one of several reasons why we lost.

I agree with your last statement, except lousy QB. He would have 2 rings on a decent team.
Bortles, Caldwell, and Marrone shpuld all be axed. Give Bortles a baseball so he can throw a ball that does not wobble like the seasons of the earth.
