The Michigan/Ohio State game will kickoff at noon so obviously the PSU/MSU game will not be done yet. FSU fans fully understand this from the time Jimbo Fisher ordered the scoreboard operator not to show NCSU vs. Maryland score updates several years ago.

You edited your post as I was replying to it. What does the time of the game have to do with your original point? You said the winner of OSU/Mich game automatically gets in the championship game. That's not true. OSU needs to beat Michigan and for PSU to lose.

I edited it to correct myself. The kickoff time matters because nobody will know before the game is over what Penn State does. It would be less important if Penn State won a 12:00 game and then the Michigan/Ohio State game started later. It makes sense if you like Florida State.
