But probably not the Jaguars because they suck. When I was on a cruise affected by Hurricane Sandy in late October 2012, the game shown on the ship was Washington at Pittsburgh.

So much would depend on the access level of NFL games.
It wouldn't surprise me in the top 2 or 3 largest cities in Italy, there's at least one place that shows all of the NFL games.
