I'm pretty sure I recall winger talking about pooping in his neighbors lawn if he didn't pick up his dog poop out of winger's lawn. Or something like that. So, is winger the "Notorious Mad Pooper"? If so, I'm kinda jealous. I wanna be the Mad Pooper.
