Jaguars WRs Marqise Lee, Jaelen Strong listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Steelers at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Often questionable is what teams used to call probable, as in almost no chance of missing the game. Maqise Lee would be in that category if his only issue is pain threshold, not what he can do at game speed. If he was limited in practice, that would indicate the latter. For his sake I hope if he can't play, it is a game-time decision.
