Fournette is no doubt living up to his status, Cam Robinson might be the steal of the whole draft. He is a little rough around the edges in run blocking but he is just a sight to watch in the pass blocking game. He often times just dominates his man. Puts the locks on them and shuts those pass rushers down. A complete 180 to Luke The Joke who would get man handled every week.
Good stuff!
I agree. He's playing like he's been in the NFL for years.
Cam Robinson is obviously not a steal. He was supposed to be a late first rounder and dropped slightly, just like Marqise Lee in 2014.
I am thankful Seattle traded out of that pick instead of drafting Robinson for themselves.
I'm thrilled the FO pulled the trigger and took him.
To get a quality left tackle outside of the first round is rare.

Cam Robinson reportedly dropped out of the first round because he commits to many penalties and was busted for marijuana possession.
Trading up only one spot made no sense.
Hunt and Cam I feel are the 2 clear cut steals. I feel Cam will be a future All Pro.

Considering how many teams have spent 1st round picks on LTs that did not work out (including the Jags), Cam is a steal in the 2nd.

He was projected at one point to be the first OL taken and in the top 10 no-less. He was a steal in the 2nd.
Also trading up one spot to ensure you get the guy you want makes perfect sense. There was a very real chance Seattle would have taken him if we didn't trade.

Was Myles Jack a steal?
Cam is absolutely a steal. You’re getting a rookie LT who is more than holding his own in the 2nd round? He was like the 3rd tackle taken?
Seems 'obvious' to me that he was a steal..

He was expected to be a top 10 pick before Ramczyk and Bolles started getting a lot of hype. By April Ramczk seemed to be everyone's favorite tackle.
If you think the last team before your pick will take the guy you want, the logical move is leapfrog them by trading up two spots.

Speak for yourself when you say everyone. If he was everyone's favorite Bolles wouldn't of went before him. The interest we showed in Cam before the draft I think he was the Jags highest rated tackle. Plus, where they were projected before the draft means nothing. Where they were taken and how good they are playing is what makes them a steal. Cam is playing like a top pick. Not many tackles play as good as Cam so early, not to mention he has gone against some of the best defenders in the league week after week
It's still amazing that he dropped to the 2nd round

Yes, he definitely was a steal based on the way he is playing. It has nothing to do with where he was projected to be taken. Furthermore, I am surprised that you used the word "to" incorrectly. It should have been "too." I figured you'd want to know since you're such a stickler for things like spelling and word usage. No thanks necessary.

Completely agree, he has been our best rookie so far. Between him and Fournette this draft class is already looking great. If Dede can life up to the hype, I will have to give hats off to Dave and Coughlin again.

Not sure you understand what a steal is...
If he's was supposed to be a first round talent and we were able to get him in the second round, and yet he actually plays like a first round talent.... That's a steal.
Cam has 100% been a steal as a 2nd round pick. He's playing at a high 1st round level.

By everyone I was referring to the draft analysts, not team executives, who by rule are only identified by conference and job title.
It's amazing we seemed to have fixed a left tackle problem we have had for years and years in a 2nd round pick.
A somewhat unheralded one at that. I know personally I was pissed we didn't take Forest Lamp instead with that pick. He's been extremely good in both facets of blocking.
