I'd prefer to give Bortles next year before taking a QB within first 4 rounds.

Deshaun Watson will not be a 1st round pick like the experts predicted. Weak arm, no velocity. Bust

I know people say this every year but the qb crop next draft is very weak. In general I believe the quality of qb play is down in the NFL, it's down in college too, but it hurts more in the NFL.
There isn't a pro ready QB in this draft. Trubisky is the least pro ready due to Fedora's simplistic system. Think Manziel when he came out and got his first ever playbook in his entire life. He will actually have to learn the basics of playing QB. I'm not saying it can't be done. Mariotta is doing it. However, it is a tall order. Kaaya will be the most pro ready, but I'm not impressed.
I think Kizer is a good prospect because of his athleticism. He can move in the pocket well and use his feet to run to the outside or just run, if he improves his accuracy he is the best. Kaaya now on the other hand is a very good all around QB. He can get better in every category but his mechanics are the best Ive seen out of the top 5 QBs this draft. We need a QB that has above average mechanics and fast release. I don't know if this draft has one.
