Greg Olson got Carr before his peak. Last year Oakland's OC was Todd Downing. It definitely helped that Carr was drafted into a good situation with Olson to help him reach his peak level.

I did a Google Image search, it returned "Best guess for this image too much cheek filler".

I believe there was a brief period when I could tell which was which.
