Also to add to the topic. Just an offense that is build towards Mariota and the passing game. An up tempo offense built to give the qb quicker reads and more options. I want the biggest emphasis to be scheming guys open similar to what you see the Eagles do. We would need a rb that can run out of any formation and one that can also be a threat as a receiver.
Murray & Henry are pretty much almost the same RBs. No more 3TE sets or bringing in an extra lineman in

It sounds like you'd want a West Coast offense.
Not sure if either Henry or Murray would fit in that scheme.
I believe your TEs and receivers would work well in that, though.
Yeah wich is why I brought Henry & Murray to the discussion.
I think often we are really max protecting Mariota. We have one of the best tackles in the NFL, plus a mobile QB, no need to run this stupid formations.

I did not get the sense they "max protect" Mariota in terms of leaving in guys to block, but I may be mistaken. If you watch the tacks all the time, you would probably have a better sense of what they are doing.
If that is what they are doing, I think that would be a waste, to be honest.
Make no mistake, I believe in a strong running game, and I am probably one of the few on here who does not object to a run first approach.
That said, given the tacks have TWO stud tackles, going max protect in many cases would seem like a waste on some level. I do think their passing game is a risk averse approach, and from that perspective they "protect" Mariota.

They do, also they dont hardly ever run alot of play action.
