I'm not sure why you said "again." The first time she didn't drop the case... the judge threw it out.

This is how the game is played. File lawsuit, get verdict by public opinion, drop lawsuit. Repeat.

In fact, a lawsuit that forced his opponent to withdraw was the only reason 0bama "won" his Senate seat.
