Not officially, but if anyone told you the Browns, 49ers, Giants, Cardinals, or Colts are playoff contenders, you would think he is drunk.

I'm not sure at this time how the season for Jacksonville and Tennessee will turn out. But with Andrew Luck at his best, I wouldn't have automatically eliminated the Colts from the AFC South Race. They very likely but not definitely wouldn't have been able to get out of the hole they are in.

the 92 Chargers started 0-4 and ended up 11-5.
the 95 Lions started 0-3, stumbled to 3-6, and finished 10-6.
the 98 Bills also started 0-3, though they got it together mid season and finished 10-6.
Not to mention...
the 2010 Seahawks... who went to the postseason with a losing record.
Idk..watch them pick in the top 5 and trade their pick to a desperate QB team and get a boat load of picks in exchange. I'm hoping that what the 49ers did in trading for Garrappolo that most of the league doesn't view any of the up coming guys as franchise people so no one will really offer much for the Colts pick
