Said he " punched" with triceps and it felt fine

I'd rather have Cann on the bench with Shatley starting at center.

I have a bad feeling we might get exposed in pass protection this week. Our oline has by far exceeded expectations, is banged up and is against the best pass rush duo in the league. Won't matter too much if we can run the ball though.
