-The staff realized LA was not going to let Fournette beat them. Stacked box all day long.
-Turned it loose with Bortles. The last TD was something like 11 straight passes. Fournette had 1 carry in the 4th quarter.
-Another Great call with the fake punt for the TD
-The Jags have been shutting down the run game as well. Held the chargers down to 87 yds rushing
-(6-3) First time the Jags have been 3 games over .500 since 2010, Snapped a 6 game losing over time streak, Previously 1-6 all time vs Rivers, etc etc.
Marrone should be in the running for coach of the year if the team continues to perform at this high level. It was an ugly win but well earned. Jags have won 3 in a row including 2 in a row at home.
They won despite the coaches.

No, they don’t. They got cute and let Bortles attempt 51 passes and it nearly lost it for us. They went for it on 4th and early in the game and well within Lambo’s range for kicking.
The heck they do! One of the worst coaching outings this season. Like previously stated, Jags won despite coaching. It took a half to decide to throw against cover zero! It also took a half to realize zone coverage was not working.
They could of cost us the game with coaching in the 1st half. Just good to see they made the adjustments needed
Couldn't run against a stacked box and while starting banged up O-Line, so they had to improvise.
Wasn't all that bad really, but I thought they should have been throwing all that underneath stuff earlier than they finally did when they eventually went to it.
I mean, we've watched 20 different teams chew up Gus's defense that way. I think we should have attacked there sooner and gone to the well till it was dry.
The one thing that really angered me (coaching wise) was going conservative at the end of the second quarter instead of using the time outs and trying to get in FG position at least.
Running was not there after numerous attempts...they had to adjust, period.
The coaches should get absolutely zero credit for this victory. If you can't find a way to involve your #4 pick in the offense, something is wrong.

I'll say they were both good and bad. It was wise to make the hard gameplan pivot that shellshocked the Chargers on our lone TD drive, but after the Chargers adjusted and that wasn't working anymore they should have gone back to a more balanced attack.
40+seconds and 3 timeouts just baffles my mind to not try anything at the end of the half.

Fournette looked like he's still playing hurt. Cam Robinson REALLY looked like he was playing hurt. Same with Omameh. Add in a back-up at RT and there's plenty of reason why they couldn't get Fournette rolling today.

And Omameh couldn’t go after halftime which is why they had Shatley in.

In the 2 games since Darius was traded to the Jags, the Bills last 2 games defending the run:
Jets had 41 runs for 194 yards, 4.7 average.
Saints had 48 runs for 298 yards, 6.2 average.
and the Jags last 2 games defending the run:
Bengals, 17 rushes, 29 yards, 1.7 average.
Chargers, 30 rushes, 87 yards, 2.9 average.
The Jaguars won the type of game they've lost repeatedly for years. I don't care who gets credit, keep it up.
thought this was one of the worst coaching jobs of the season, easily
after the late PI on them, we came out passing instead of running when we were on their 15 yard line, and it cost us with that dumb penalty
there were tons of bad calls, mismanagement, etc
but we won, thank god
I think clock management was decent in this game too. I was surprised we had all the timeouts towards the end of regulation to be able to get the tying kick off
