She or whoever else can attempt to sue Jeff Sessions, but he doesn't make the law.

Do you have anything of value to add to the discussion?  If not I would suggest not commenting at all, especially if it's nothing more than personal attacks against someone you disagree with.
I'm not sure how it's a personal attack... I didn't insult the man, I am merely making a statement that I believe to be fact based on his own words and actions.
