For those about to rock, we salute you.
RIP Malcolm, and thanks.
I’ll still rock out to AC/DC. Call me lame, but their my favorite.
AC/DC stirs a visceral reaction in me. I've done a lot of head banging and air guitar to those riffs. Farewell Malcolm.
Wow! I knew he was in bad shape (dementia), but this was still a surprise. I was a huge AC/DC fan in high school and college. I still am. Their songs are so recognizable even before the vocals kick in. AC/DC, Guns-N-Roses and Jackyl were about the only thing I listened to from the ages of 16-18. Malcolm will be missed R.I.P
He's probably enjoying a few drinks with Bon right now.....
R.I.P.
RIP.
AC/DC is still one of my all time favorite bands. I remember seeing them in the old Jacksonville arena (Ballbreaker Tour) and remember leaving that concert with my ears ringing.
Another blow to classic rock legends.
RIP and give Bonn my regards!
Whilst I never got into ACDC they were a huge influence musically. Several of the early rap hits like LL Cool J and the beastie boys used ACDC samples and several others were influenced by the guitar use and put them into their songs.
Very sad... RIP, Malcolm.
