This is gonna start out weird, but just go with me here for a minute.
The situation reminds me of when I was in the Service. I went to a school that brought in people that had recently graduated College with an Engineering Degree or other technical educations. They sent them through a Fork and Knife school in Newport, slapped a butter bar on their collar and sent them to go teach.
Also, they gave them a special designation: Direct Input - Limited Duty Officer
