Offseason:
Bortles kept at 19M
AR15 franchised/1 year prove it deal
Omameh resigned
Lee/Lewis/Colvin allowed to walk
Ivory/Hurns cut
27: R1P27
QB MASON RUDOLPH
OKLAHOMA STATE
We get our Franchise QB to groom for the future...while Bortles has looked good the past 2 weeks you don't pass on a QB of this caliber....worst case scenario if Bortles continues his good performance we have a elite back up and can hold ala Garropolo
59: R2P27
TE MARK ANDREWS
OKLAHOMA
Mercede's replacement we get a TE that can do it all and steps in as day 1 starter.
91: R3P27
WR ANTHONY MILLER
MEMPHIS
With Hurns and Lee gone the WR corp of AR15/Dede/Cole looks serviceable but Miller adds a new dimension that takes this WR corp to Elite status.
129: R4P27
OT DESMOND HARRISON
WEST GEORGIA
Wanted to get OL earlier but feel this guy could be the big sleeper in the OL class.
205: R6P27
QB RILEY FERGUSON
MEMPHIS
Still my favored QB if we don't get one in round 1...will realistically be gone by the 2nd/3rd but we double dip in case Rudolph flops ala RG3/Cousins.
228: R7P9
CB SHAQ WIGGINS
LOUISVILLE
Another CB to try and fill Colvin void.
246: R7P27
CB KEN WEBSTER JR.
OLE MISS
Has stated he is coming back for his Senior year but this would be ridiculous value as he is easily a 2nd-3rd round prospect.
Sign me up for this one. The 1st 4 rounds would be amazing. It is possible Rudolph may drop to the Jaguars at this spot. Andrews will be a stud and Miller is a steal in the 3rd round. The only glaring weakness is not finding a nickel before round 7 to replace Colvin.
My Fanspeak draft:
R1. CB Tarvarus McFadden, FSU ...assumes Colvin not resigned for nickel and also need quality backup to Ramsey and Bouye.
R2. QB Mason Rudolph, OSU ...good size and skills to groom behind Bortles.
R3. OG Will Hernandez, UTEP ...solidify a starting guard spot, shocked if he falls this far.
R4. DE Duke Ejiofor, Wake Forest ...quality big athletic well rounded DE for rotation.
R6. OG Braden Smith, Auburn ...solid verstile OL to compete and develop.
R7. WR Auden Tate, FSU ...Tall big receiver to give Blake a larger target if Hurns or Robinson are not back next season.
R7. TE Durham Smythe, Notre Dame ...TE to compete for a backup role.

Rudolph in the 2nd?
Hernandez in the 3rd?
Tate in the 7th??
Steals.
Fanspeak always has this issue though... whether it's the way they do the boards/team needs or what... but there is always a lot of talent to be had later than they'll actually go it seems.

Yea, this would be amazing. Other than somehow getting Josh Rosen, this would be the best-case scenerio as they address basically every area of need with 1 of the top 2 or 3 guys at their position in this draft. Imagine Roquan Smith playing between Smith and Jack. Then imagine Hernandez blocking for Fournette and Bortles having a weapon like Goedert at tight end. Still haven't gotten to Rudolph, who would be a massive upgrade to Henne and Hyatt, who gives the team a solid backup tackle and eventual starter on the offensive line. How you managed to land all these guys plus some very solid players in the middle and late rounds plus 2 future 1st rounders is beyond me. Of course, this will never happen but I bet you were amazed to end up with a draft like this!
Don’t know why our 6th round pick ismissing but Duke Dawson would’ve been the pick there.

And so many of those guys wouldn't even make the roster lol
These are fun to do.
But when I go back and look at where these guys are projected to go... it seems there are a lot of guys slipping on their board compared to where CBS, NFL, and other places have them ranked.
Fanspeak board seems almost in line with WalterFootball rankings of prospects....
which concerns me a bit when trying to brush up on my GM'ing skills lol
