Hey who created that offensive game plan?  Not Me did.

 

It is the OC's job to create a game plan. He created a bad game plan. So it is illogical to believe there is no chance anything will change with him gone.

Blake never seems to communicate with anyone. He just sits and spins his football. 3 and out, and go spin his ball. 

Let's face reality, he is not an intelligent type like Brady, or Rodgers. He is a big dumb athlete amazed with spinning a ball. It takes a least a dab of intellect to be a great NFL QB, and luck not to get injured. He hasn't been hurt bad but the boy doesn't have the brains of a wild turkey.

Sorry to say, but I've thought the same thing this year. It might just be that the boy isn't very bright.  :mellow:

Yeah, Blake does give off the dumb vibe. Like the stereotypical "dumb jock".

Heard Dan Marino is dumb also but didn't stop him from being great at what he did. How about the coach is dumb and incompetent, and that's all it boils down to.

I think you miscalulate the intellegence of The Jungle posters.

 

We've all witnessed the sacrifices that HC's make to try and save thier skin.  The fact that Olsen was fired is nice, but it's a firing for the sake of appeasing low information fans.

 

I'm not calling you a low information fan, but anyone that sees this firing as anything but a symbolic gesture is not really paying attention.  The firing is bush league.  It's an attempt to make "bibbers" happy.

 

Unfortunately, they don't realize that there is no more "bibber" type fans.  We all just see what this is.  It's a mess.  And the head of the snake is still alive.  

 

With that said, I'm glad Olsen is gone.  But I don't see this as anything other than a move to try and placate fans.

Garrard was the root of JDR's problems.  The fact that he didn't recognize it and demand a real QB is on JDR.

No he wasn't. Gene Smith was the guy who drafted a bunch of bad players. David Garrard was never a great QB, but without him we would have had no chance of reaching  the playoffs with JDR.

Garrard was a mediocre QB.  JDR should have figured that out.  We never drafted his replacement untill we finally wasted top 10 pick Gabbert...  

 

JDR should have been trying to find a real QB for a while before that pick.  That's on him as much as anyone else.
