Supreme Court allows full enforcement of Trump travel ban

The Supreme Court on Monday allowed the Trump administration to fully enforce a ban on travel to the United States by residents of six mostly Muslim countries.

This is not a final ruling on the travel ban: Challenges to the policy are winding through the federal courts, and the justices themselves ultimately are expected to rule on its legality.

Of course the travel ban is legal. Was that even a question? Only in wacko Clinton/Obama district courts is it "racist" and only then when Trump does it, not when Obama does it.

This isn't over yet. Several challenges are making their way through the courts. SCOTUS will eventually have to issue a blanket ruling. This is a good first step indicating how the court will ultimately rule.

Meanwhile, federal judicial appointments by Trump are starting to happen, and a lot of Obama/Clinton era activist judges are being replaced.
