Hi, Jaguars fans
Our 9-4 and AFC South leading Jacksonville Jaguars are on track to win 10 wins in the same regular season as they host the 4-9 Houston Texans in regular season home finale at EverBank Field.
Jaguars rookie Leonard Fournette is out for today's contest with the Texans, veteran Chris Ivory will start in his place to help advance the Jaguars running and ground attack.
Looks like both the Jaguars and Tennessee Titans are playing must win games in the next three weeks. San Francisco 49ers are hosting AFC South opponents today and next Sunday at Levi's Stadium. Jaguars will also visit the 49ers next Sunday after the Titans play there this Sunday.
There is a possibilty the Jaguars and Titans might play the showdown for the AFC South division title two weeks from today in both teams season finale at Nissan Stadium. If the Jaguars prevail, it would be the first divisional title since Jacksonville won consecutive AFC Central Titles in 1998 and 1999, but also the first in the AFC South Divisonsince the NFL 2002 divisional realignment, and for Jaguars owner Shahid Khan.
Jaguars defeated the Texans in NRG Stadium in the season opener by the score of 29-7 back on September 10. Jaguars defenders, especially Calais Campbell in his regular season debut as a Jaguar, set a team record for sacks in a game for Jacksonville.
Chris Myers, Daryl Johnson, and Laura Okmin are announcing the live TV commentary for The NFL On FOX, seen regionally in Texas, Nashville, TN, and Florida, including WFOX-TV Channel 30 in Jacksonville, WOGX FOX Channel 51 in Gainesville, all stations seen live on HD.
A mix of partly cloudy and clear skies at 71 degrees, is the game forecast inside EverBank Field near the St. John's River, for the 1:05PM Eastern Standard Time kickoff, along with 0% precipitation, 56% humidity, and southern winds at 7 miles per hour.
NO injuries, try to do an encore as your performed in Houston, and win your tenth game in your home finale at EverBank Field, and GO SACKSONVILLE!!! GO . JAGUARS!!!!!
