A federal judge declared a mistrial Wednesday in the case of a Nevada rancher accused of leading an armed standoff against the government in 2014, blaming prosecutors for withholding key evidence from defense lawyers, including records about the conduct of FBI and Bureau of Land Management agents.

When a Special Agent in Charge uses his position to get tickets to Burning Man for friends... you know the government's in trouble.
No Special Agent should ever, ever associate with anyone that may want to go to Burning Man. What an awful, awful garbage waste of time.

I envy you. Years ago, when it was a little known free-for-all, I really wanted to go. It’s ruined now.
A key was the existence of government snipers in the hills around the Bundy ranch. Why would they have snipers targeting a peaceful family in a dispute over grazing rights? Makes no sense. Then they lied about it and withheld the evidence at trial. Of course they all still have their jobs and probably got promoted.

Pfff... Ruby Ridge, Waco... the Government has a long history (under democrat leadership) of this kind of thing.

What Waco and Ruby Ridge didn't have was hundreds of armed Americans showing up at the scene. Different story at the Bundy Ranch. No more freebies.
