The team will step up and except risk versus reward. The day he went down with the injury it became very clear how important he is to the offense. He doesn’t have huge numbers but that is because he demands attention, sometimes double teams that open the rest of the field. Respect his ability and hard work: Pay him!

The thing is we would be taking a risk on AR15 losing his explosive ability but if he doesn't lose that ability and balls out next year he will want more then that so I would give it to him but what say you?

HELL NO. DA is 100x better than AR15, and not injured.

Ridiculous and ignorant.  Typical fan "Every other player on every other team is better than our guy" take.

Always a mystery as to why some hate on our own guys like they do.

Cool story bro. Always nice to be able to express your opinion without being called ignorant. You mistake an observation with hate, so whatever supports your narrative.

You’re the victim....

DA isn’t “100 times better” btw.
Since the comparison was brought up between the 2 players, these are the stats:

Allen Robinson: 43 games, 202 receptions for 2848 yards and 22 touchdowns

Davante Adams: 59 games, 237 catches for 2,811 yards and 26 touchdowns

Of course there are multiple factors that contributed to those numbers (competition, defenses they are against, playing from behind, the other wr's on the roster, how the teams play,  one has Bortles throwing to him, the other one has Aaron Rodgers etc) but I wouldn't go as far as saying that one is 100 times better than the other...lol

I'm positive he'll be back and it'll fit perfectly with the other WR's and teams stacking the box against Fournette.
Give me A Rob over Adams anyday. With that said I dont want to run and give A Rob a multi year deal at 15 mil a year when we can franchise him, see how he does this year and make a long term decision next year.
There is zero need to franchise a guy coming off an ACL whose year before that was a relative dud and is 2 years removed from his single franchise level year. Some of you guys are crazy. Luckily Tom and Cadwell write the checks so I think we will be alright.

I totally agree.
yeah it's almost like he's been double covered or something...

Or he was playing with a bad QB and no running game.

Robinson would have been incredible this season if he had played. Jags should not let this guy walk. He will be scooped so fast by someone like SF.
Use rollover cap to franchise him if he will not sign a team friendly deal. Do not let him go.

I agree.

Speaking of SF, it's sick how they spent a 2nd round pick on a franchise QB with a quick release who is undefeated.

I would have gave two 2nd rounders. Heck I would have gave a 1st and a 2nd. SF got away with robbery.

There was considerable risk in that trade. No one had seen much from him and many thought NE was a system that made all their QBs look good Ex. Matt Cassel. Also he is a Free Agent so there was considerable money needing to be invested in the near future for a major question mark.
Can we not pretend everyone saw this coming?

Not to mention he was injured almost instantly playing for the Pats. He might turn out to not be a guy that misses a lot of time due to injury, but the 49ers move was made out of desperation, not because it was obvious that the guy was going to play like Brady Jr for them.
We should temper the excitement on Garoppolo. He may end up being a star, and he's shown a lot so far, but how many times have we seen a young or rookie QB come in playing successful only to turn into a dud?
I'm not saying he's gonna bust, but to say he's a beast already after less than half a season
ARob is just as good as Devonte.
Arob is better than Devonte. Swap QBS and give us Brady and Arob is an All Pro.
This team needs A-Rob
