Then it would have snowed, closed the bridges, and led to me not having to work in this fantastic weather.

But im goin in... Brace for impact. If you see a Brown box truck, with a jag fan at the wheel, coming in hot wheel bringing you a package(that you have probably been waiting on for a while), good chance it's your boy.

It would also be pretty funny if we got to play buffalo in the playoffs in the snow... in Jacksonville.

That right there would be epic. Lol.

Be safe out there! I have friends and family in Lake City that are getting hammered with ice and losing power and watching trees lose limbs in their yards. I haven't heard anything from F&F in Jacksonville. I guess it's not that eventful. Snow is creeping up on the radar for my area up here in NC. As frigid as it's been snowfall would be a nice payoff. We get cold up here but the temps we're having for the duration we're having them is what's so crazy.
Given the recent photo of Niagara Falls, I'd have to imagine the Bills fans would be trying to get a tan on Jax Beach in today's weather here.

I was thinking the same thing.

How'd you like to be a Bills fan getting down to Jax early, after paying god knows what for tickets, and hotel room, etc. - and you get THIS.

Hey, at least it'll be back in the low 60s by Sunday, just in time for your team to lose.
Come to Ohio. It's been below freezing and snowy since Christmas. I hate it. I'd trade places with Floridians any day of the week. I despise winter!

Typical blue collar American worker -- looking for the easy road to a free paycheck. LOL .... JUST KIDDING .... BUT IF YOU HAPPEN TO WORK FOR UPS, FORGET ABOUT ANY DAYS OFF .... my cousin works for them in Pittsburgh and they never shut down (rain, floods, snow, ice, super bowl parades, etc.).
I just got a snow alert on my phone...it lied.

It snowed here. Like, legit snowed. I didn't know such things happened in Florida.
Well, after being told we would only get an inch of snow we got six inches in four hours. Our county was not prepared and people freaked out. Thankfully I had nowhere to be and my husband stayed close to work tonight (they were supposed to get all the snow the next county over) so we didn't have to deal with anything. Traffic reports were crazy. Tractor trailers that couldn't get up hills, trucks and regular vehicles sliding down hills and off the roads in general because you couldn't see where the road ended and the ditches began. Kids stuck on school buses because of accidents or just stuck in traffic. We've had 6 inches come down over a two or three day period, never this much in four hours. As cold as it's been and will be the rest of the week it won't be melting soon either.

My in-laws think we're crazy because we're preppers of a sort. THIS is one of the reasons why we are. I have everything I need stocked up, I have my camp stove ready in case we lose power, we have plenty of drinkable water, plenty of food, and most importantly plenty of coffee. A lot of people were trying to get to the store to buy their milk and bread. I was on my couch drinking coffee and watching Godless or wandering outside to take pictures to text to my family in FL. It pays to be prepared.

My stepdad worked for them for 30 years. They said he'd get plenty of time off in retirement to worry about the weather.

Bingo lol... i love my job. But seeing as how the people in my field are Union, we are allowed to complain and take off when we want lol. The benefits and retirement are amazing. That is what separates them from FEDEX. But im not going to lie, you have to go through a gauntlet to finally make it to driver or upper management(managment sux lol). Today was BRUTAL. But in the grand scheme of things, it wasn't bad.

HA !!  that was good.  Tracfones are actually very reasonable ($) if you don't talk, text, or stream .... lol.
I got home Monday to 18-20 inches of snow on the ground north of Boston and temperatures in the 20s and it seemed warmer than the cold in Florida over the last few weeks, especially the cold in Tailgaters lot at 8:15 AM gameday morning.

On Tracfone, I don't get it. I hear people paying some hefty monthly fees for their phones while I pay about $100/year for my Tracfone and get plenty of phone minutes, texts and data for my needs. Granted, I don't Facebook, watch anything entertaining or have any friends so my needs are comparatively low.

People just don't understand how brutally cold the North Florida cold can get. I hate winter with a passion! Sad
