Not sure too much of Jalen Myrick, but I guess I like the selection due to the fact we needed CB depth. 

 

A solid draft, hit on key issues, but lots of question marks. In my opinion, the team got two impact players in the first and second, but didnt take advantage of the later stages of the draft. I thought we left some value on the board in the third and fourth.

I agree that either Robinson or Lee will leave us after next season. I am curious as to which one we will keep actually. If Lee has a great year, I could see the argument for letting ARob go.

Me too.... although in the 3rd and 5th... not so much the 4td. Getting Dede in round four was a steal. I no he fell a bit due to some off-field history, but he wasn't about to fall much further.


 

They got their value in round four, but in the other rounds I feel like they reached where you see other teams trading down, etc, to get guys where their value makes sense. I feel there were trades to be made that could have netted more players.

Agreed, I like the draft more and more I think about it.  Like I said before, Smoot is the only pick I didnt care for, hopefully he proves me wrong.

Lewis is ready to retire. We need to think about replacing him with a guy like, say, Jordan Leggett.

Well basically it was unlikely that we were going to fix all the holes in one draft.  I would have preferred a Guard and TE being drafted but again, this team had so many holes that making out a shopping list for next year even before the season started was probably always going to happen.
