Shad Khan is very happy the moves he made this past offseason have led to the Jaguars' success this season. He told media Thursday: "Maybe we're not the biggest idiot on the football block."

Khan is a very smart man.  Rather than being a micro-manager type of owner a-la Jerry Jones, he put the right leadership in place (Coughlin, Caldwell and Marone) to turn the team around and find success.  Anyone that credits the team's success this year to just one man (Coughlin) as many people do need to realize that it was a total leadership effort and decision.
